    <description>&lt;P&gt;I take GB daily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also do a memory brain game daily (the earlier the better!).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I just started writing my grocery store lists and such with my *other* hand.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I used to take acetyl l-carnitine and alpha lipoic acid for many months. I ran out a couple of months ago and noticed that my memory wasn't nearly as good. I couldn't recall if I bought that lipstick at CVS or Walgreens,stuff like that. Do you recommend any supplements for "memory loss" I guess? (Sorry for the brevity. I'm commuting in cold NYC)</description>
