    <description>&lt;P&gt;In my experience, CVS employees are constantly having to deal with Caremark glitches - mostly computer glitches. I can't count how many times they have screwed up my prescriptions for pick-up at a store because info doesn't make it to the stores.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Based on that, I'd say it's just more of the same - faulty software/computer system with info not getting where it needs to. I generall CALL and speak to a human at the first sign of "trouble."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have thought of changing from them over the years, but no guarantees anyone else won't have their own issues, so I stay put.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I am having trouble with okaying them to send my medications,i keep getting e mails from them,saying i need to okay they send them, but my computer will not let me do so,don't know what is up with that except possible because of signing up fro cheaper internet service,it is much slower,is there a phone number,i keep googling for one,no luck.Thanks.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I ordered my Humira online (didn't call them). It was to be delivered on the 24th.&amp;nbsp; When I didn't receive an email that it had shipped I called them and was told because my co-pay was so high they wanted to check with me first. Well why didn't they. I asked the csr when they were going to call and she didn't have an answer. The first couple of months of the year the amount I owe is always high and I know that and really they should too. I have been using them since 2014 so they could check my&amp;nbsp;account. I did get it the next day but still...the service has really declined since I started. I will be changing drug stores due to Aetna changing CVS status from preferred to standard so my co-pays are higher.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24576"&gt;@goldensrbest&lt;/a&gt;, it's also good advice, as others here have given you, to be sure you turn off pop-up blocking when you're on the CVS Caremark site, and/or to try a different browser. I occasionally need to change browsers when ordering something (not just Caremark) online because not all websites are formatted to handle all browsers. Sometimes in one browser there is nothing for me to click on, or it's grayed out, but on a different browser it's all fine. It could well be that, too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
