seems like every time i see her singing on t.v. something goes wrong.

never liked the woman from the begining.should look for another

job...

There is no question that the woman can sing, but that Diva mentality is just nonsense. I get it that she lives in a fantasy world because of all the status and wealth, but she needs to keep that under wraps for her fans.

I thought her reality show was just a one-time mini series. Like, 8 episodes, I believe. Maybe it's just a tester and if it does well, she'll do another season? But last I heard it was just a one time deal.

Of course, since they filmed, she broke up (or he broke up) with the fiance, so things have changed.

She seems to think its okay to show up late for her shows and have someone stand in for rehearsals...like she did for the New Years celebration....she doesn't even remember the words to her own songs...why anyone would hire her...or buy tickets to go see her....is beyond my imagination....

If her children are being raised with her attitude they will certainly be brats all their lives...unless someone intercedes...poor kids...

ONLY reason for the NYE mishap = publicity stunt.

~~Fake~~ engagement, now broken to the billionaire = publicity stunt.

Current arm candy dancer boyfriend = publicity stunt.

If it wasn't for the reality show, Mariah's NYE show would have gone off w/o so much as a hiccup!

She was "raised" a Diva and believes it with her whole heart. She will destroy herself with that belief. Sad because she does have a great voice.

Perhaps, if she is knocked down a few times, she can remember to use her voice instead of her "fame". I feel that way about a lot of "stars", so nothing personal.

I thought I heard she wants to sing at the New Year's Eve celebration next year and this time it will be live so she can prove she can still sing. If she wants to prove it, why wait another year. Just give a live performance now.

I'm pretty sure you are correct. It was like a documentary type thing.

But I do think the whole NYE thing was a giant publicity stunt.

I should have said "music" but either way I stand by my statement. I feel quite sure she is not the face of Christmas music for most people who celebrate Christmas as a religious holiday.
