How much do you use your cell? Just for calls? To buy things? Does it take the place of a computer? Tablet? Calculator?

I check it for the time a lot and to see if I missed any calls or texts.

I don't use it for calls for days at a time.

When I'm travelling I use it much more for both although the cars have bluetooth which makes it easier. I don't really like holding a cell phone --too small.

I hate using it for a *computer* because I need to admit to the fact that I should carry reader glasses with me at all times because it's getting tougher and tougher to read places like this. Don't know how to enlarge they type here on my phone. Only can enlarge texting.

shopping

reading

cooking recipes from it in the kitchen

shopping for food ( grocery list)

keeping track of my pets health info

my own health and fitness stuff

listening to music in my car through my stereo and at home

general entertainment apps

apple pay

wallet app for my rewards cards and concert tickets and parking vouchers

directions

taking pictures

surfing the net/social media

banking/depositing checks on those rare occasions I need to. Take a picture to deposit.

I have IPhone and I use it for everything including maps. My new car has the ability to sync all features. I didn't sync text or anything distracting while driving - for everyday use I either use my cell or iPad.

I remember when my son said it was time to upgrade my old flip phone...not me I don't want to have my head in a phone! Eating those words because I use it more than I thought it would. 😁🙈

From shopping, grocery lists, notes, calculator, emails, & the list keeps growing as they introduce new features...I'm counting the days til I get my IPhone 7😱-now that's scary!!!! Lol

I have a basic Tracfone, not a Smart Phone. I keep it in my purse in case of an emergency. Costs $20 every 3 months to add minutes and keep it activated. Works for me.

Rarely use it....I have it for emergencies when in my car...sometimes someone will call me at home on it...I will occassionally send out text...but i never use my cell phone to purchase ...watch any programing....nothing like that...

Don't wear a watch any more, so use it to check the time when not in my car. Don't use it often as a phone - maybe twice a week. Text about that often as well. Use it to look up addresses/businesses and Yelp whenever I'm out. Use the camera all the time, to post to FB, etc. Use it as my magazine/paperback time-passer at the doctor & other appointments. Make notes on it I need to remember. I synch it with my iPad. Use as my alarm clock for wakies when needed.

Very rarely.

It is an old flip phone.

It can take a call and take a photo and not easy format of texting.

It used to have the internet but that went bye bye they took it away I guess because it is so old?

I can get a new phone I just don't really care about cell phones.

I use it for everything. I have a Mac desktop and laptop and an iPad

I have so many useful apps on my phone.

Plus, I text, email, and talk on it. I use it at night instead of a clock. Lol

There isn't much I do without it. It's always on me because I keep track of how many steps I take each day with it anyway

I use it as a gps for traffic updates almost daily.

I use it as a watch and to check my email when I am at work.

I rarely text and even more rare take or make a call on it.

@ECBG I just use it to make calls or if away from the house I may text on it. At home I have my IPad always around and computer to send or receive emails. I usually order from my IPad. My cell is too small to see items and read the reviews.

My iPhone is my only phone. I use it a lot every day. What I use it for the least is phone calls & texts. lol It replaces more things than I can count.

I use it instead of my laptop most of the time. It is my timer, my calculator, my To do list, other lists, my address book, my "shopping center" at times, my book, my weatherman, my stereo, my radio, my calendars, my short video player (you tube and presentations, etc) my place to keep and refer to notes on all sorts of things, my record keeper, etc.

My cell gently puts me to sleep and almost as gently, wakes me up. It plays my Audible purchases for me. It has a few games to play when bored in waiting rooms, it is my camera and photo album...

It is my GPS - love having directions spoken so I can keep my eyes on the road!

It is my research library & my favorite way to check out real books (or DVDs or ebooks) from the local library. I use it to email work and business acquaintances. And I use it for many other things, too. Oh! Including posting this!
