      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last week I tried to cancel an order that I had made on-line only a &lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;couple of hours&lt;/SPAN&gt; prior. The message reply was that it was too late in the ordering process. What? It didn't ship out for three days, so now I will have to receive and send back. I even emailed customer service to no avail. Today, I tried to change a size on an order from last night at midnight and could not. Had to actually call and do it over the phone. I hope this is only temporary.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've cancelled and changed orders many times, but once I ordered a TSV at midnight, woke up the next morning and decided to cancel.   It had already shipped!   I think some items are "pre-wrapped" or ready to go and all they have to do is slap a label on them ... and those are out the door much faster.     Just speculating on that one, though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I am with you! I placed an order 12 hrs ago, tried to cancel, and it's "in process." If it had actually shipped I'd understand, but expected delivery is 10 days from now! Huh? I guess it DOES come on that slow boat from China. This has been happening more lately. Actual shipping is taking very long while it remains "in process" and there's nothing you can do about it. CS was of no help, and btw, on hold several times for 10 minutes or longer.</description>

      <description>Update -I finally got through to CS. The explanation is that some items come directly from the vendor, not the QVC warehouse, so it could actually be in the process of shipping, but they overestimate the projected ship date as a CYA. I know that, but usually when something comes directly from the vendor, like Honora, it gets to you sooner, not later. I agree, this is very frustrating, happening more often, and there's nothing CS can do about it - except register my complaint. I'll see how long it actually takes, and deal with them again.</description>

I checked the tracking number on the pair of sandals I ordered on &lt;STRONG&gt;4/11&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Tried to cancel (on line) the same day and was told a similar thing to what you were told. When I checked the tracking, it was it was &lt;STRONG&gt;processed&lt;/STRONG&gt; and ready for UPS on &lt;STRONG&gt;4/15&lt;/STRONG&gt; !!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I placed the order, then thought better of it and tried to cancel on .com. When that didn't work, I tried to go through CS and was unable to. Both .com and CS indicated the order was too far in the fulfillment process, so I resigned myself to shipping it backup on receipt. Interestingly, the next morning, I looked at Order Status and the order was still In Process. I used the automated phone system to see if I was able to cancel and, luckily, I was, much to my surprise. Now, when I get that message, I will try all avenues to cancel the order!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have noticed this lately. It seems they have either cut down on the time you can cancel or gotten rid of cancelling altogether. I am not surprised at all. I do alot of online shopping and QVC was the only site I shopped that actually let you cancel once the order was placed, especially days later. Even if you can still do it by calling, I am sure QVC knows that is less likely to happen than when you can just click a button online.  While I see why they would make it more difficult, it stinks that you suddenly cannot do it when you still thought it was an option. I'll just be thinking harder before ordering now so I don't have buyer's remorse &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I ordered the Kate S. TSV by check and decided to change it to credit card.  Wouldn't let me do it.  I just placed a new order.  I called automated CS since I  couldn't cancel the original order as I didn't want 2.  Said they didn't recognize the order.   Finally I sent CS and e-mail.  Later I got an e-mail telling me how to go online and cancel an order which I already know how to do, but this time there were no ways to do it.  Finally got the second order cancelled though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I too think this is terrible! I have tried to cancel a couple times and the Cancel this order is there and I click on it and then it comes up with message that it's too late to cancel?! Then take the Cancel this order off so I can't click it. It's annoying too when I see something online and I click on it and it comes up ""this item is no longer available."" Then take the d&amp;amp;$? thing off the website!!! ????</description>
