November 23rd, I ordered a beauty advent calender.

Today (8 days later), tracking shows,

"We were unable to dispatch the trailer on time. This may

cause a delay / delivery will be rescheduled".

Really!!! I was ok with their December 5th time. Now who knows.

After all my years with QVC, this may be the last straw.

Very disappointed.

I posted something similar a couple of weeks ago. The items are sitting in warehouses and taking forever to arrive. I waited 8 days for an IT bronzer to arrive! I don't know why the Q shipping is so slow, but it is. Perhaps its because UPS no longer delivers much of their items. When UPS delivers to the USPS, it takes longer to get the items delivered - its another step in products arriving.

After a 7 minute hold for cs, I am told Dec 2nd.

First the agt said delivery will be Dec 2nd.

Wishful thinking,

I told her, I doubt that it would be dlvrd 3 days earlier than predicted.

I am now cancelling all of my auto delivery items.

Too bad, shopping here is not nearly as much fun as it was in the 90's.

I am so annoyed with QVC right now. I purchased the Ring TSV this past Saturday the 25th of November. It was scheduled to be delivered on the 30th. Long story short the latest update I have from the QVC Customer Care Team is that is should ship in another five days and then I should expect delivery within 11 to 12 days from then. Whatt????

You little ray of sunshine...lol I don't know what happend with your item but there's absolutey no reason at all to think that any of us will have any problems with Christmas deliveries. Good heavens, it's only 12/1.

I won't be surprised either way. I've seen enough comments on the problems to know it's a possibility, but as we head into December, my personal experience with QVC has been good. Only one of my orders missed its EDD in the first 11 months of 2017. and that item was one day late - everything else actually arrived differing numbers of days prior to their EDD's.

I ordered a Philosophy set, and this is the message left on the process of the products shipment today. Have no idea what it will be rescheduled to. Just another QVC failure.

"DUE TO OPERATING CONDITIONS, YOUR PACKAGE MAY BE DELAYED. /

DELIVERY WILL BE RESCHEDULED."

A few minutes ago, it showed, "no tracking information".

Then, just now, it shows it's in Phoenix.

If that's true, I would be absolutely thrilled!

And would be very apologetic.

You're right, Chrystaltree. I don't think there's any need to panic yet. One other point we all should keep in mind is that once QVC has shipped your package, they cannot be held responsible for the delivery schedule of UPS, USPS or Fedex.

I have also been a customer since CVN days and this is so not like how they used to be. First off, I ordered some of the insulated bags, I ordered 2 sets. One set is still sitting in the upper part of FL somewhere, then I ordered some flannel sheets. I checked and it said they got delivered, well I never got them, so I called and the CS person said they had cancelled my order because it was no longer available. So they were 2 for 2. I have ordered some other items that have come with no problem. I am a little disappointed at QVC. What happened to their customer service????

As long as I am venting just a little, why are they selling so many items that have 1 and 2 stars? They even had a TSV not too long ago that only had 1 star. I hardly see 5 stars much anymore. hmmmm

They do have good value on some things, as I got the copper enclosed insulated TSV the other day. I bought 2 sets. I hope I get them before Christmas as they are gifts along with a wrench set I purchased. I will cross my fingers.

Had to laugh. I also deleted auto delivery and wish list items not too long ago when I got irritated with QVC cancelling an auto delivery order from IT the day AFTER a TSV was on that I passed on because I thought I had it on auto delivery. Cancelled several orders.

Back in September/October, I really had trouble with some of my orders. Two of them said the shipping info was forwarded to the shipping facility, but then the items never shipped. Of course, both of the items that I wanted had sold out. For one, I accepted a different color. The other was simply cancelled.

Two other orders were held up "in process" for over two weeks before they even shipped. And, of course, you couldn't cancel the orders. (I also went into my wish list and deleted most of it, out of sheer frustration.)

However, since then my orders have seemed to ship within a day or two and I've actually received my items in less than a week in most cases.

Something is definitely not right in the shipping department though for so many people to be experiencing these difficulties.

I requested a refund of the first easy payment I was charged for an item that disappeared from the tracking radar after 11/10 and that I never received. It was ordered more than a month ago, and I am presuming it may have been stolen. Too bad.

Boy, do I have egg on my face! I can reluctantly blame whoever put on tracking, that it didn't make the "trailer".

And that there would be a "delay".

Maybe it was UPS's Christmas employee??? Didn't know what they were doing.

Or, could it be the ole squeaky wheel (being me), making the most noise - therefore getting quick results.

So, the happy shopper that I am now - ordered a lot yesterday (with the free shipping), and a couple of things today.

The item was the advent calender by L'Occitane. Looks pretty cool.

I received an order that wasn't mine. Package was adressed to me but I had ordered a LOGO item and received a Susan Graver hooded sweat shirt. I have never ordered SG (and never will) but order was mixed up in the warehouse. I returned the SG item but who knows if whomever received mine sent it back. Alos, onr time received small package and it was empty so had reorder my IT brow pencil duo set.

I was looking on the HSN site the other day and read that returns using their postage label are $7.95 for items 5 lbs or less.

Imagine the complaining about that on their message boards (if they have one, lol).
