    <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems that every time I order clothing that needs to be exchanged for a different size, QVC never pays attention to the return slip enclosed.  Several times now, I return clothing and request a new size on the return slip but I never get it.  Instead, a check of my online banking indicates they instead refunded my original method of payment.  These are not cases of the new size being out of stock because I always check that first and continue to do so until the new item is sent to me.  More often than not now, I never get the new size item.  I just recently returned a Louis Dell'Olio skirt for a new size and specifically monitored the return to see what QVC would do.  I checked every day and the size I wanted continues to be available.  I just checked online banking and found out they again refunded my payment instead of sending me the new size.  So frustrating.  I know I can just go online and order it in the size I want myself but I shouldn't have to do that.   QVC-you need to remind your return staff to actually look at the return slips.  &lt;/P&gt;</description>
