Free Returns ?

I just exchanged a pair of Earth shooties, and re - ordered them in another size. They ran very large. (A286799). I was refunded the price of the order but not the shipping cost. Was I supposed to re - order them on the return slip? I didn't . I stated why they were being returned on the slip, but then went online and reordered them. Did I mess up here- and that's why I didn't get my shipping costs refunded ?

Yes, you should have marked the return slip that you wanted to exchange not return. Call CS and they will probably help you.

I am sorry that you were charged for the return postage when you exchanged A286799. I have refunded the $11.95 postage to the original payment method. You should see this within 3 to 5 business days.
