    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried recently and got a pop up that said my account was suspended. &amp;nbsp;I called and they said they were having technical issues and I was not suspended ( which I suspected), I would definitely call if this continues to be an issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to make my q card payment and the screen is just blank when I go into making a payment.&amp;nbsp; It happens on my phone too.&amp;nbsp; Anyone else having this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can probably just call (land line - not a smart phone) and make a payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No problem for me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you scrolling around to see if what you need is way below or to the side?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only other thing I can suggest is to clear cache and cookies and restart.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I wanted to make a larger payment.&amp;nbsp; Emailed me instructions on steps to go to easy pay and did all that when I clicked on continue which should have taken me to the final step.&amp;nbsp; Page stated QVC site unavailable.&amp;nbsp; Tried several times over several days.&amp;nbsp; Same thing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They suggested I call which I did.&amp;nbsp; They don't know why but they would make the payment for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kinda defeates&amp;nbsp; makes the easy online easy payment&amp;nbsp; claim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
