Can be a great hit or a huge miss. I can't feel, try on, smell or taste the product. &amp;nbsp;So there are times - seems more often than not - that the product is just not an item&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;I want to keep. &amp;nbsp;Return issues will keep me from buying as often at the Q.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello...I have a problem with 3 separate &amp;nbsp;jewelry returns...when I checked tracking online, it says "status unavailable". &amp;nbsp;I mailed the packages &amp;nbsp;with the Q label, from my home mailbox, like I always do, over a week ago. (On 2 different days). &amp;nbsp;I wish now I had taken them to the P.O. and had them scanned, and had gotten a receipt. &amp;nbsp;I called c.s., and they said to wait a few more days. &amp;nbsp;Of course, I am hoping that QVC receives them, and I get my refunds. &amp;nbsp;Has anyone else ever had this happen? &amp;nbsp;I'm not sure how to proceed from here, to make sure I get my refunds? &amp;nbsp;I am very concerned these items are missing. &amp;nbsp;Thanks for any ideas or suggestions you may have!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Did you take it to a grocery store or post office to have it scanned when you mailed it? &amp;nbsp;If yes, that's all you'll see online. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes you'll see a &lt;EM&gt;delivered&lt;/EM&gt; status,&amp;nbsp;but that's rare.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Q's&amp;nbsp;return labels are for parcel post. &amp;nbsp;Parcel post is the cheapest and slowest mail option. In addition, most big companies have a third party picking up and delivering mail from their local&amp;nbsp;post office. &amp;nbsp;Packages will sit until picked up by that third party.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;If you have the receipts when the packages were scanned, you can use those to talk to Q about your refunds. &amp;nbsp;If not, you can still call but you won't have proof of mailing and will have to rely on whatever they tell you. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I've also found that using Q's return labels means you won't see a refund for at least 2 weeks, sometimes more. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Using the q label, you can see tracking from your order history. &amp;nbsp;Go into your account and locate the item. &amp;nbsp;Click into it like you were going to see the outbound tracking number. &amp;nbsp;On the right hand side of the screen, there is a link into return tracking. &amp;nbsp;I wouldn't worry about a return until it's been two weeks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I generally return by USPS Priority Mail. &amp;nbsp;It gets to QVC's returns department faster and I get my refund faster. &amp;nbsp;QVC's return is very helpful, but package is sent by parcel post which is very slow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I return an item using the QVC return label, I always make sure I write down the return tracking number that is on the label.&amp;nbsp; That way I can just go to the Web site of the&amp;nbsp; appropriate carrier and track it myself. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;My last return took well over a week to show delivery.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I did scan it in at the post office with the Q label, and finally it showed delivery.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It then took almost another week to get credit and I called customer service to let them know it had been delivered!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It takes a very long time and a lot of follow up.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Don't worry about ever being lost because the QVC label carries insurance. I would ask for a scan in receipt next time so you can track it better with the return tracking no.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008080"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Monday I sent back something to QVC &amp;amp; HSN both using their return labels.&amp;nbsp; I just received an email from HSN stating it was received and I was refunded.&amp;nbsp; QVC isn't showing a tracking of it yet. Go figure.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34187"&gt;@barb40&lt;/a&gt;I recently had a similar problem.&amp;nbsp; I was getting very concerned because I always track my return packages and there was no information.&amp;nbsp; After a week or so I posted on "customer care" here on the forum and they couldn't have been nicer.&amp;nbsp; I was told to wait another 4 or 5 days and if it didn't show as returned the CS rep said she would check into it.&amp;nbsp; Two days later my items showed "returned" but I never knew if they were actually received or if CS just credited my account.&amp;nbsp; I was panicked too!&amp;nbsp; When I take it to the post office I always ask for receipt even though the clerks aren't happy about it most of the time.&amp;nbsp; Lately I've been putting them in the mail at work and hadn't had a problem until a couple weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; Hang in there - they will show up eventually.&amp;nbsp; Or post on Customer Care - they asked me for item and order number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On another note, I had an item showing "processing" for almost 10 days - showed up in my mailbox Tuesday and it still lists as "processing".&amp;nbsp; Things don't seem to be getting updated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black,avant garde" size="3"&gt;I always bring my returns to the Post Office..I usually use the QVC Return label and they scan it and give me a reciept..Usually I get a notification that QVC knows that I am sending back a package...they know by the scan that I brought it to the Post Office.. I do check it to see if it actually arrived..BUT I am already on record with QVC..so, if anything happens to the Package..they have to deal with the POST OFFICE..It's important to get that scan and the Receipt..I know sometimes it's not possible to actually go to the Post Office..but..I try to do it!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I track using USPS tracking number, it shows my pkg. was picked up by carrier on 7/20 &amp;amp; has shown "In transit" to this date. QVC Customer Service asked me to wait until 7/31 &amp;amp; contact them again. This is so poor. Probably will take 3 weeks for a refund to actually be received. &amp;nbsp;In meantime, I have 3 more items returned that also show "Status Unavailable" for days now. &amp;nbsp;No QVC tracking access available!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can be a great hit or a huge miss. I can't feel, try on, smell or taste the product. &amp;nbsp;So there are times - seems more often than not - that the product is just not an item&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;I want to keep. &amp;nbsp;Return issues will keep me from buying as often at the Q.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
