I would certainly change the channel if I was friustrated with the models. It it was wearing me down, I'd stop watching. Why subject yourself to that?

I felt bad for her. She seemed very uncomfortable. Didn't know what to do with her hands or where to look. The more experienced models make it look easy!

I remember back in the 1990s, I was asked by my employer to go have professional photos done. I had several clothing changes and was required to strike particular poses and HOLD it while the photographer took a picture from different angles with different backgrounds and lighting. I knew then I could never model for a living and never questioned their enormous paychecks!

she was a model? i had the volume on mute, and when i saw her, i thought she might be BB's sister. they kinda look alike. and when i saw how uncomfortable she looked, i really didn't think she was one of the models.

I remember that back in the day when QVC first started, they had the BEST jewelry model ever.........her name was Candy and I don't think she was really a model,but worked a behind the scenes job at the Q. She used to do the 18K gold and DMQ shows with Jeff Hewson.

We're so used to models on QVC who have been around for 10+ years that it's easy to think they have no responsibilities beyond showing up. "Anybody can do that job." but only with training and practice - and potential to start with.

Yes, her. The other one is an older model that never knows where her mark is or what she's supposed to be doing. She always gets caught by the camera and one night she was actually walking in circles -- didn't have a clue.

You do have to have some talent to model. My very handsome son who looks fabulous in clothes, thought he was up to the job and failed miserably. The customers and photographers thought he was too stiff. In fact the one photographer told him to get the stick out of his A--. Evidently modeling is a lot like acting and dancing.

I remember Candy modeling too. She was very pretty and Jeff Hewson would ask about her grandmother. That was a long time ago and the set sure has changed so much. Even then, I still enjoyed watching.
