There have been tons of threads on this. There is no way someone "didn't know". I assume the Q has a maternity policy that includes adoption. For most places it's 12 wks. Let it go. If she decides to be a stay at home mom, why is that bad? She's a host on a tv shopping channel, not your BFF that's decided to ghost you. Life will go on with or without her.

Someone on this board said that Shawn is coming back in September. I believe they said they read it on the QVC FB page. When Shawn first posted on FB that they adopted, she just said she would be out most of the summer.

@Lipstickdiva. Shawn posted it on her Facebook page. I think someone asked her on the posts under all her baby pictures and she answered.

She has said she'll be gone for most of the summer.

Today, Father's Day, seemed like the perfect time to share what that is. Today, Joe has one more reason to celebrate being a Dad: meet Jagger Jude, born Friday June 9 in California! Joe and I are out here adopting a baby girl! She is perfect and a long dream come true. God is so good, His ways so perfect.

I won't be seeing you on Q for most of the summer, but in between feedings and poopy diapers I'll pop up on social media to share the fun.

She always has the option to change her mind and stay home. I know several,woman who were quite dedicated to their careers. WHen they had their first child they said they would be returning to work. When their maternity leave ended they had changed their mind and decided to stay home for several years. JUst saying that what she said in June may not be what actually happens.

Yes, you're right. Maybe she will change her mind. Hope so. I like the way the old hosts have moved around and the new hosts seem good.
