It's when not liking the clothes in a rude and insensitive manner to those who do that is the problem. Why don't you remember that part? People can dislike anything they want to and express on the board. What bothers me is the insulting and rude way many people express that about LOGO, knowing lots of people here buy it, wear it and love it. What about that is not getting through to you? Would you sit with people at a lunch table, two of whom are wearing red, and tell them to their faces "nobody looks good in red" or "you are wearing clown clothes" or "you look like bag ladies?" No? Well that's what people do here, knowing people who wear LOGO are on the board. There are much nicer and more polite ways to express dislike for something. That doesn't bother me at all. There is some LOGO that I don't like either, and I post that in the LOGO forum when I don't -- as do others of us. But we aren't offensive and rude about it.

@Pearlee your own post brought up "clown clothes" that reminded me of another deleted post saying the same thing. I didn't say it happened in this thread, you read that into it yourself.

If you want to keep the clown clothes and bag lady comments in people's minds you're doing great!

@StraytoStay No you didn't. That's why it didn't make any sense on this thread.

Hard to know what you mean when you are referencing deleted threads.

Simply put.... if the product is making a lot of money for QVC, you'll see it often. Makes sense for the company. Those that don't care for it or can't stand watching it need to make other arrangements.

But don't worry, something else always comes along....

I agree with you. Too much LOGO!!!! Do ladies really want to wear all those layers of tops whether they "go together "or not! I have never seen anyladies in the area of Connecticut where I live wearing this type of top, single or pied on.

The other comment is regarding the pants. 99% of the pants shown on ANY clothing show are skin tight. There are MANY of us that would never wear such a thing. Obviously the latter has to happen so the many layers of tops can be worn. Not my style and would bet a piece of chocolate that this is true for many, many ladies.

Time to change styles!!!!

I agree with you! Too much LOGO. Do that many ladies wear the piles of layers being promoted? Not in the area of Connecticut I live in. In my humble opinion, some of the models look somewhat better than others, especially the smaller sized ones. Not the larger sized ones. This style is not universal. I love the he ornamental laces and they look beautiful and feminine but that does not outweigh the overall look

The other item that needs a comment are the tight pants....leggings, jeans, etc. This tightness is not for everyone. They do not look nice or appropriate even in some of the hosts or models when they try to combine them with the LOGO tops.

Time to change styles!

I never understand why it's relevant to people what other people are wearing. Are you folks lemmings that you have to follow a crowd [off a cliff]?

I don't give a rat's patootie what other people wear. I wear what I want to wear for me.

Do you people love looking like everyone else? I don't. I'm an individual and prefer my own style. I don't spend time looking at what others wear to emulate them.

I own my own style - because I have enough self esteem to do so. I don't like to "blend in with everyone else" and not be unique, about anything in my life.

So all these comments about "I never see anyone in my city wearing this" makes me say, "so what?" I am true to myself, and don't need anyone else's approval or style - just my own.

I only have a couple of vests and one cardigan. I don't layer but love those particular items and have been interested in more, one jacket but it was $89 and I won't pay that..... but everyone deserves to like and buy what they like. If you don't care for Logo, check out Susan Graver, Bob Mackie, Louis Del O'lio, et al, who have more traditional styling....

One other thing, in my small mid-western town .... I've seen Logo and complimented the wearer, looked really good on her. One of Logo's embroidered tops, no layers....

I agree that there is an awful lot of Logo, and I find it odd because there isn't a whole lot of variety in what she presents. Now, I have maybe a dozen LOGO items, and I like the look and feel of them, but I think I have enough now, and I also feel they are very expensive for what they are. I have other similar tops that I've found at Marshalls and stores like that, that are every bit as nicely made, and are under $20. Also, I find this idea of layering not to my liking. It looks silly and a little sloppy, so I"m only wearing one at a time.

I just wonder how long she'll be able to go on selling so much of her line, when there is so little variety. I think at some point, sales will go down drastically when people start tiring of the look.

Maybe, though, she'll branch out to other styles. Oddly enough, one of the first LOGO items I bought years ago, before she had her own shows, was a very different style of lightweight jacket. It was short and fitted, and had cute ruffles down the front and over the shoulder area. I bought two, I liked it so much, one tan and one black.

But yes, there is an overabundance of LOGO and I wonder how long it will go on this way.

@yolimaria

Just curious ... how many people do you see on a daily basis?

Living in Manhattan, I probably see several hundred just walkiing to the corner. I see thousands if I walk over to Park Ave or Madison Ave. Up around Herald Square ... several thousand other people.

Tight pants and LOGO style tops are quite popular with all sizes and all ages.

Seeing thousands of people walking around in a certain style of clothing is different than whether they look well in it.
