WHERE IS JACQUE?

I know I haven't been on here for a while, but could someone please tell me what happened to Jacque Gonzales? I liked her a lot, but she wasn't on that much in 2016 and I have only seen her a very few times in 2017. I know that her mother had been ill, but now I see she isn't in the "line-up" of hosts. Sorry if this has been on here before.

She left a few weeks back, said goodbye on day and was gone. Maybe about a month ago.

@Texussgal Jacque left the Q 1-2 months ago, of course much speculation as to why, she did a show one morning never said a word, and then posted that she was leaving.

IMO, it is only her and family that need to know why, and I wish for her nothing but happiness, success and peace!

I don't know. She said it's not a fully recognized diagnosis yet and that she wasn't going to go into details of her situation but that one day she would share it. She said she's been dealing with it for 25 years.

Google Complex PTSD. The "complex" part is a newer diagnosis, pertaining to long-standing trauma or stress. I wish her the best. She has a long road ahead of her.

My husband who fought front line combat in Vietnam has PTSD. What is complex PTSD? Soldiers get very sensitive when
they hear of people getting this..

I am so sorry to hear this. She is such a young woman and I hope she gets help for this. While I cannot imagine what she could have experienced to have PTSD, it must be truly an ordeal for her. I wish her well.

I suffered with PTSD for years after being mugged in a parking lot - broken bone in my face, badly beaten. This was 25 years ago and nobody seemed to know what was going on with me. If I got stressed at work after that, my eyes would just flop back and forth from side to side and I suffered badly from vertigo, then exhaustion would set in - I couldn't focus on what I was working on - would have to leave work - sometimes after episodes I would sleep for 18 hours. Once just having to pick out paint for my house set it off. Was at Lowes with my granddaughter - felt it coming on - parked my basket, ran her out to car and had her call her mom to come get us. Brain scans, seizure meds - many many years of suffering until they diagnosed it and I was put on the right medication. I still can't deal with stress very well. I moved away from family 15 years ago because my family kept me stressed out. I'm much better now. My family just doesn't understand, but I had to do what was right for me. It's life changing. I feel her pain.

One does not have to in the service or war zone to suffer PTSD. A traumatic experience as a child or adult can cause this . It affects everyone differently. Jacque has suffered from it for 25 yrs. She will explain someday when she feels the time is right..We never know what is behind the smile..I wish her all the best and happiness in her future endeavors..

If she is able, I'd love to hear her discuss it on a show like 20/20 where they can explain PTSD Complex. I remember watching Elizabeth Vargas explain what triggered her alcoholism and I learned so much. We just never know what lurks inside people who appear so perfect on the outside.
