Website Down Again?

I just went to check my order status and I am receiving the same error code that I received last night well into this morning, is anybody else having the same problem?

Yes! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One can only imagine the loss of sales dollars given all these computer glitches that they have. Unreal. What a way to run a business!!!!!!!!!

I posted my comments about the site being down yesterday and I just cannot believe it is happening again. What on earth is going on there? Who is running this? I have never, ever seen a company's website go down like the Q. Seems like complete incompetence.

@Krimpette I think now we have the answer to why their shipping charges are outrageous at times, missed revenue, have to make up for it somehow!

I can't even get to "items recently on air". HONESTLY QVC, you need to get back to 1 channel, focus on QUALITY, not quanity. SMH!

I guess they "invested" all of their money setting up the other QVC sites around the world and didn't think their American customers were worth the expense of updating and having a working system here in the US.

There are several threads today talking about all the system issues QVC is having, but one thing I've noticed is missing is any input from QVC. You'd think they would at least post some sort of system outage notice and give us an ETC of when it will be available again.

its been awhile since i've posted on the forums ... but tonight I've posted on all the threads dealing with this issue and I've noted that the second after i post, the thread does not bump to the beginning. In the past whenever you posted it immediately bumped the thread to the number 1 position. Maybe thats changed???
