VIP OFFERS......afraid NOT

For years I've been a customer and I would always receive VIP offers several times a year. Well several months ago everyone was talking about receiving them and I called customer thinking mine may have been lost in the mail. Well, was I in for a big surprise the male customer service rep more or less told me They were shipped out randomly now and I was not a good enough customer to receive them!". Excuse me? What? I think you need to take a look at my account and see how much I spend with the Q and tell me that again. Well, on Feb.1 I received an email stating this VIP offer could be used twice before March 10. So several weeks ago I decided to use it, well , what a mistake. I was put through to customer service who told me No, you don't have any VIP offer. Finally I said, look this is what the email says and they finally applied the easy pay to the order. So tonight well before the Easy pay day hoopla started I decided to utilize my last EP on the offer. Well again the same thing, I was treated let's just say "not well" and I wound up just cancellling the order. Q you know what you could do with your offers and your EASY DOES IT days!

I've shopped at QVC since about 1990, and it's been longer than I remember since I got an easy pay offer, so you aren't alone. I don't really care as I figure if I can't pay for something up front, I can't afford it. I probably wouldn't use it if I had it.

I use to get them all the time.....then they stopped....for a long time...then I got the one you did through my e-mail....and when I called to have it applied....the rep, also, told me I didn't have one on my account....but she was nice...and she did apply it to my purchase....I haven't used the second one...

I notice the reps are not quite as friendly and pleasant as they use to be....I am thinking they are under a great deal of pressure....sorry you encountered some....
