I don't know because the TSV is only on 3 Easy Pays so maybe that's the most they would do today for a Flash Sale. Wished there were more items and not just clearance items on Easy Pay. It really helps to have that option. HSN has been doing a lot of 4 flex pays/free shipping a lot lately. I hope QVC follows their example!
