Forum set-up has changed; is it just me?

From the QVC home page, I click QVC Community, then I have to go to a colored circle to go to Forums, then if I want to post, I log in, after logging in it takes me to my account page so I have to circle back around to QVC Community, then the colored circle, etc......

What's going on?

isn't it aggravating!!!!???? I thought it was just me.....sometimes I want to respond to a thread but I don't always remember where it was....(viewpoints...among friends...etc) so I have to really search till I find it....

what is the matter with the Q....everytime they ""work"" on these boards.....they are worse then before......grrrrrrrrrrrr.......

Reminds me of our recent It "improvements", at work. I'm a Dietitian, in one of our State's largest hospitals. After several weeks of building a Directory to make communications so much more streamlined and efficient, it launched recently. While it may eventually accomplish it's purpose, right now, it seems to do nothing more than add several extra steps, and slow everything down. Ahhh, technology!

I used to stay signed in forever, unless I deliberately signed out (or had to reboot). Now, it signs me out all the time. I'm getting really fed up with signing in a dozen times a day.

Same problem here. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I really think they're trying to get us so discouraged with the forums that we give up and they can cancel them. They're truly a mess (again) right now.

And it's still wonky today. What's strange is it seems to be some threads and forums more than others.

I have never stayed signed in indefinitely. Often have to log in a couple of times during a visit. It's not good, not like other retail sites.

It feels like QVC is discouraging use of the boards. (Maybe the company regrets ever starting them, and that's understandable!) Please, fix this so it is more user friendly.

Please.

Wow!!! 8 Million Posts!!!!! I've never even seen someone with 8,000 posts! Who is it that has 8 million????? Wow! Not much time for doing anything else!

OK, it's a little better now. When signing in to post, it doesn't make one circle around and start over. However, that pink "FORUMS" dot is just an extra, un-needed step. But thanks for the first fix, whoever did it! Everyone appreciates it.

Must have something to do with the 'new' community homepage, which probably indicates they've restructured this entire part of the site... You know the 'new' community homepage that lumps the forums in with everything else, including all those 'social shopping' options the Q paid big money for that appear to be going nowhere fast...

Web sites change and upgrade all the time. I am well into my sixties and it took me about 3 seconds to figure it. Sorry but what is the big deal? Figure it out, move on, and focus on something that is actually important in life.

I'm not seeing anything new/different lately except that when I log in, from the board, it then takes me to the home page of the retail site. That's kind of irritating because then I have to work my way back to the board and, sometimes, in the process of doing that it seems to have logged me out. But, I've found that I just have to refresh the page and I'm logged in again.

This website has been really bad for years now.

Yikes, just noticed the last post. *shaking head* Does there always have to be somebody who is just plain rude and anti-social in this place? Guess so. It must just be awful to be some people.
