In my experience, it takes a good 3 weeks to get a credit. I'd wait until it hit 30 days until I contacted customer service. I've also never had an issue not getting a credit with multiple returns shipped together.

I have returned many many items over the past 25 years. Never had a problem. But since Q started charging return shipping, I use the Q label from one item but save up and pack several in one box. I get a receipt from the P.O. I returned several very expensive items, including 2 Cassie hobos. Actually wish I hadn't returned the items, but it has been at least 2 weeks, and Q hasn't received them. how do I prove which items I returned? It was the holiday extended returns, so it is too late to get my bank to reverse charges. Has anyone ever had a return get lost. In the old days I think a would take care of this! but right now I am out hundreds of dollars, close to a thousand if these were stolen on route or at destination.

I just returned 5 pairs of D & Co jeans yesterday in one box-they were all on the same order form. The 6th pair (I ordered them all at the same time) was on a separate order form. Then I added in a Liz C t-shirt that I was returning. Customer Service has told me in the past that it was okay to send more than one thing back in the same box -I used the label that came with the 5 pairs because it was $10.95 and I knew it should cover the additional pair of jeans and the t-shirt. CS said the extra pieces could just "ride along in the same box". I've never had anything get lost, and I do get a receipt at the post office just for proof that I mailed the box, but as you say, I can't prove what was in it. I think based on what Customer Service has said about sending back more than one thing, they should take your word for it and cover the whole thing if it doesn't show up somewhere. Of course, I don't think I've ever asked them who would be responsible in that situation.....good luck!

It could be a case of that the Q does have the items, but they haven't processed the return yet, and that's why you are not seeing the refund yet.

I'd give it more time, say another 10 days.

Once, I ordered a food item. It never showed up.

I waited 6 - 8 weeks before I made the call to c/s.

They refunded my money, no questions asked.

Ultimately the Q fixed it and I got my refund. I was sweating bullets though. It was a very expensive box of items.

I'll be honest and say, that, if I were returning those items, and could be out that amount of money, I would Not handle the returns as you did.

I'd rather eat the shipping than take the chance of being out far, far more money.

It's like when I see people say they send items back, uninsured and have never had a problem.

In this day and age, I would not expect a huge anonymous corporation to take my word for what I had returned.

CYB (cover your b u tt) is my motto when it comes to my money

I am confused. Q has always charged for returns. And you should insure.
