Want to give QVC a thank you for terrific customer service regarding a price adjustment for 2 blouses.

I was pleasantly, and graciously, given $20 of credit in a call that lasted less than 5 minutes.

That's funny, I was recently told that they, the cs agents, are only authorized to grant a $10.00 credit at most. Guess it depends on who you chance to reach.
