I wondered that, too. About 5 minutes in to the 6am program, all of a sudden it went to an endless loop of QVC commercials! I checked back around 6:45, and the live program had returned. Anyone know what happened?

That's the Q way... I believe the boards were down for a significant part of yesterday and yet there was never any notice on the website. Communication isn't their strong suit. It never has been, which is somewhat remarkable for a media operation. As for their programming being down, I can only hope it was an improvement over what they would have been showing... which lately, wouldn't be much of a challenge.

Yesterday, when I tried to leave a comment on this community board, I received an error message (never encountered that before), so my guess would be their I.T. Dept. is having issues (perhaps the 1-800 ordering phone number could not process orders). That's just an assumption, nothing more.

I had the same problem for over an hr. I posted 2x, then came back to make sure it hadn't posted both times, still nothing there & unable to post. Then I sent email to CS & was back on in minutes.

No body should buy any thing for 24 hours and let's see if the Q's communication would be any better.

I truly do not understand why anyone is concerned about this and the ""lack"" of communication from QVC. Programming on different stations goes out all the time and I've never seen or expected any explanation for it. Just yesterday one of my Dish network stations was just blacked out but it came on a short time later with no explanation. A different one was out a week before for a few minutes but in that case on the screen was a message that said we are aware this station is off the air (which I think they did so people wouldn't call to tell them). I didn't think it was a big deal since a short outage is not that unexpected.
