Improved Shipping?

I've ordered three garments in the past week. One shipped the same day, the other two in 24 hours, all went USPS. They all have complete tracking and should be delivered tomorrow after a max of 3 days in transit. Wow, shipping as it should be. Maybe Q upgraded their service level after the December fiasco.

Not hardly. I ordered an item Monday and it still has not shipped yet. I get Evine packages within three days of ordreing. QVC has horrible tracking as well.

I ordered a pair of Clarks sandals on Saturday, size 11, delivered yesterday via UPS. However, what was in the box was a pair of Vionic sandals, size 6. Fast shipping, but the error supercedes the quickness. LOL Guess I get to go to the post office now. Yay!

I'm getting some orders from QVC faster than I did in the past. I believe I read here that they now have a big west coast warehouse, so some of my quicker deliveries must be due to this.

I used to get my HSN orders within a few days, but now they're the slowpokes. 10-14 days is now the norm for HSN deliveries.

@duster95 Did you know you can use the QVC return label and go online and arrange for the post office to pick up your package? I did it recently on something that was heavy and bulky. It worked like a charm. I left it near my front door with a note "for USPS" and they got it. There's always a long line at our post office and I just can't stand that long. Be sure and call CS so they won't charge for postage.

Returning your QVC merchandise is simple with a USPS pickup. You can schedule a next-day pickup at your location at no additional cost.

Step 1: Does your Q Return Label say "Parcel Return Service?" If it does, congrats! You're ready to schedule a next-day pickup.

Step 2: Pack everything up and attach the Q Return Label. (Get more info here.)

I'm not comfortable with leaving packages on my front porch for a long time. I've never had anything stolen, but there's always a first time. I'll use the prepaid label and drop it off at the post office.

I ordered the Ryka TSV and received a notice today (3/3) that it had shipped. However the expected delivery date is March 13. Really? With the huge new West Coast facility nearby? How can it take 10 days?
