      <description>&amp;lt;h3&amp;gt;For the last few days I have been unable to get QVC. I am in the Syracuse NY area and have Time Warner cable. It is on channel 13 and now it is saying not available, try again. I have tried again and again and nothing. Anyone else having any problems &amp;lt;/h3&amp;gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live close to syracuse and &amp;nbsp;haven't had a problem recently. &amp;nbsp;We did have a problem with the weather channel though , &amp;nbsp;my hubby is obsessed with the weather channel so he called about it and it took a couple of days for them to fix it , but they did . &amp;nbsp;Could be that they are still working out problems since spectrum took over. &amp;nbsp;This seems to happen when &amp;nbsp;companies have a merge. &amp;nbsp;Keep calling them and hopefully they will fix the problem , &amp;nbsp;I understand how frustrating it is to not be able to view a favorite channel because of cable problems , &amp;nbsp;have had it happen many times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
