The post office scans it and gives me a paper receipt. I hold onto it just for extra security...and I won't give up my package without it. In fact, yesterday I was at the post office and it was busy. This postal worker pulled me outta line and said he could help me at another counter in the card section. He was just trying to move things along. I handed him my package. He looked at it and saw it was prepaid QVC, and then said, "'okay, I'll handle it." I then told him I had to have a receipt. His scanner deal was not working right so he had to put me back in the regular line. Fine. I'm not leaving there without proof that the post office has my package...and no one else should either! &amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I mailed back the Roma 5 the day after i got it. Feb 16th to be exact and as of today when i check the track your return it still says status unavailable. I have called customer service 3 times and they can't track it. If you ever had this issue did they ever refund your money? Thanks in advanced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They will refund your credit, but have to wait a certain amount of time first. You can ask them how long that wait is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the replies. I know the people very well at this post office so i am sure no one stole the package and is using the bag. We live in a small town. I just am worried QVC won't believe me that i used their prepaid label and then i will be stuck with a big expense.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can see the tracking on the return label items in your account. &amp;nbsp;Go to the order, click, then click on order status. &amp;nbsp;On the right hand side, there is a field called return status or something similar. &amp;nbsp;Click on it and it will show where the item is. &amp;nbsp;You can see every time to package stops until it gets to the q.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Postage paid return labels do NOT track in USPS or online at Q. &amp;nbsp;These are parcel post and will never get tracked until Q scans them in. &amp;nbsp;So...it can be 2 weeks or more before you see anything.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I work customer service in a grocery store and have learned a lot from running the postal sub-station. &amp;nbsp;Here are a couple of notes.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;Return labels do not get tracked through USPS. &amp;nbsp;The only time they are tracked by Q is when the package is actually received and scanned at Q. &amp;nbsp;Be sure you drop these packages off at a post office or sub station that will scan it and give you a postal receipt. &amp;nbsp;That receipt shows the&amp;nbsp;tracking number from the label so Q can see it was mailed...and you have proof.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;These packages are parcel post. Most retailers who use parcel post return labels have a third party that moves them from place to place. &amp;nbsp; They aren't handled by USPS the entire route back. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Example: &amp;nbsp;I returned some things to Lands End using their label. Nothing happened for nearly 2 weeks so submitted a missing mail request to USPS. &amp;nbsp;They called and explained third parties haul these packages from place to place so they sit until that third party picks them up. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've never had an issue with a return.&amp;nbsp; I usually use the return label because I feel that is safer.&amp;nbsp; I get my credit on the next statement and I see my credit applied. I am happy for this method of returns.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Even though it is less expensive to send something back this way, I rarely do because seems to go into a black hole and takes forever. I prefer UPS where I pay up front and it gets there from where I live relatively quick.</description>
