The tracking is showing things going to odd places - to "partner facilities". I live in TX., and items are going to New Jersey, etc. Bad weather may be an issue, but QVC is not announcing that there are problems with deliveries-either on their website, in their tracking, or on the air. Things are sitting for days without moving.
