I recently posted a question about sizing on a garment what was presented on air....there is a place where the item is shown where you can ask questions....I asked AGAIN where are the click here measurements? Today I had an answer to my question, they directed me back to the item.....BUT there is STILL NO 'click here' measurements, really!!!! It was nice to know that they read the questions BUT they DID NOT answer the question, just sent me back to the page, really...I guess management does not care what their customers want/need in order to make informed decisions about purchasing clothing items. As I said before....

no measurements = no sale!!!

If you read the description of the garment where it gives garment length, fabric content, etc., just below that paragraph you usually see this:

"For more detailed Fit and Sizing information, please refer to the Sizing tab above. To see the specific garment measurements for this item, click here."

If you click on click here it will bring up a size chart with actual garment measurements. Don't know if there are any that don't show that - I've never happened to see one. Hope this helps.

Their clothing sizing is very inconsistent and I won't waste my money if I don't have actual 'click here' measurements that I can look at. To me it was just so amusing that I asked the question right on the page where the item description was as to to 'where are the click here measurements' and they sent me an email saying my question had been answered....all it did was send me to the page and back to their 2 different fit guides.....which are of no value when deciding what size I need to order.

I know you mentioned you will not call customer service for measurements (and that is fine, not disagreeing with you) but when I see a clothing item I am even remotely interested in I always give CS a call for detailed sizing info. I don't always trust the sizing charts provided and want to make extra sure what the measurements are for that specific item. So far this system has worked for me as I haven't had any items I've had to return due to sizing. That being said, I was watching the LCNY show Wednesday morning and saw a t-shirt I was interested in. I did find it frustrating that they never mentioned measurements, not even a graphic on the screen. It's true, sometimes you just don't feel like calling ~ I get that...
