    <description>&lt;P&gt;But honestly &lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8844"&gt;@Jackhound Mom&lt;/a&gt; and I mean NO disrespect...but you have started numerous threads about this vac return!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand being disappointed on the quality of the item received.&amp;nbsp; Yes, that is frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, you have been repeatedly complaining that you haven't received your credit as quickly as you would like.&amp;nbsp; And thus will never shop at Q again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Posters are trying to help you by pointing out that using the return label is a SLOW credit process at best.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once QVC has received it back from the third party carrier, you WILL get your credit!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If waiting up to 3 weeks for your credit is not acceptable, YES, shop elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I and other posters have mentioned, QVC is THAT slow on returns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are expecting a quick credit from a company that is slow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned 2 Christmas presents 5 days (and only clothing) before you returned your vac and I still don't have my credits either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I Don't Know Why...</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been loyal to this company that has given me the worst CS imaginable. &amp;nbsp;Over the years I have gotten wrong items, used and dirty ones, one empty box that should have had a claddah sterling ring, damaged bed frame,etc. &amp;nbsp;I have finally had enough after the vacume nightmare so when/if the refund ever shows I will close my account and fall in love with another on-line company.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will miss Susan Graver most as my nicest clother are from her.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happy shopping and posting to all. &amp;nbsp;This is the only place I have ever read or written on. &amp;nbsp; I do enjoy reading here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But I will never purchase large expensive items.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agree. &amp;nbsp;I think I bought one big item from QVC, but prefer buying small items that I can easily send back. &amp;nbsp;That being said, &amp;nbsp;QVC is NOT the same company of years gone by. &amp;nbsp;Yes, the hosts and quality of the items were so much better. &amp;nbsp;It must be hard for the veteran hosts to keep selling junk. &amp;nbsp;Q used to stand for quality. &amp;nbsp;Not so much anymore. &amp;nbsp;My neighbor, who used to make fun of me for shopping on tv, is now the QVC expert and loves what she receives. &amp;nbsp;I told her the jewelry and clothes used to be so much better, as were the hosts. &amp;nbsp;My mom is still a huge Susan Graver fan and has no shopping in her tiny town, so she has to shop on tv or catalogue. &amp;nbsp;I still shop here for her birthday and Christmas. &amp;nbsp;I don't think we will ever see "the good old days" come back on QVC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Regarding QVC's CS, I've had excellent CS and horrible CS.&amp;nbsp; When I called and got a bad CS rep who was unwilling to help me, I'd hang up and call back.&amp;nbsp; Usually the next CS rep was very helpful.&amp;nbsp; So it usually depends on who you talk to in the CS dept.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I would never ever order any large item from QVC.&amp;nbsp; Did it once about 12 years ago and never again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just want to draw a distinction between customer service and positive order fulfillment. The folks I call to resolve an issue continue, overall and with a few excpetions, to be positive and helpful. They have no control over product quality nor on how buying, warehousing and shipping processes result in orders being accurately fulfilled with solid merchandise. I still think QVC offers good customers service, but I think quality control has been been deteriorating for quite some time, as has the overall mix of products sold.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not everything the Q sells is what they say it is and it doesn't help that the hosts deceive as one of their selling tactics. If the Q cannot deliver what they promise on large items they shouldn't offer them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sizing doesn't match the online "View Size," fabrics are poor quality with high prices. Basically, you just can't count on most purchases w/o thinking about the cost of the return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008080" face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Who wants to spend all that time ordering and returning. Not to mention the cost of returns. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008080" face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Along with the poor Quality Control, the hosts are doing a poor job of giving helpful information, while indulging in nonsense chatter. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
