Not sure where to post this. Does anyone know when the holiday return period started? I ordered some boots awhile back & it just got cold enough to wear them. I had tried them on & thought they were ok. Today they pinch in a few places. Thanks for any help.

If you would please send me an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com I will organize any returns necessary for you....the holiday return period officially started September 24th. There are exceptions to that so please send me the email with the name of the boots you wish to return.

I think they started the holiday return policy with items purchased well before Thanksgiving but I'm not sure. I would call CS and ask them before I make the return.

Can something ordered before September 24, but shipped after September 24 be included in the holiday returns policy?

Some items purchased during some of the earlier Christmas shows are eligible for the Holiday Return Policy. If you would email your order information to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com we would be happy to take a look at the return eligibility for you.
