Received EZP offer on email but when I try to activate it, says it doesn't exist!

Received email for easy pay good until March 2014. It will not activate. When I emailed C/S about it, they said it expired on Jan 31st! It came on email on Feb 1st. QVC needs to get their act together. This is ridiculous. Don't bother to email me if you aren't really offering what you say in the email. Very irritating to say the least.

I received another email from C/S saying to call and order and they would apply the payments and apologized. What a pain. Anyway, if you got this and couldn't get it to work, call and place your order and tell them.

I received one, too....haven't tried to use it...but will definitely call it in...thanks for letting us know....

I just posted about this happening to me,too. I am not calling though....If they are going to send me an email and tell me it is good online, I expect to be able to use it online. I should not have to call to place my order. I HATE calling in orders. IMO, QVC needs to get with the technical program.

Same thing happened to me in November! I tried to use the code, online, and it didn't give me the easy pay option. I tried twice and nothing happened. So I checked out I Love Dooney dot com and found the same handbag for over $100 less than the Q, w/ free shipping & no tax. Plus I put it on Bill Me later (6 months to pay, and no interest)....

So the Q lost my business (and I got the last laugh)!!!

Same thing happened to me. I always order online because I can earn frequent flier miles from AA for online purchases, so I don't want to order via the phone. I replied to the email, so we'll see if they respond and/or fix it.
