I apologize. The definition I used for the word poor (referring to service provided) starting your sentence was incorrect and not what you meant. So many other negative references to services provided by USPS and UPS lately I jumped to conclusions. I have received great service from both in my rural area. I have also had the same drivers for both for several years so I tend to try and defend the many good ones.

We, too, have a wonderful, wonderful postal service here and they do an amazing job for us. I even take goodies to the post office because they have to handle so many packages for me, since I do most of my shopping on-line.

Heck, what's a shopping channel to do? People complain if they pay two shipping fees and both items are sent in same package, and say they don't have good sense if they don't mail them together. I know I resent Evine shipping me 3 rings @$6.99/ea all in the same envelope.

In the great scheme of things, who cares?

This issue irks me no end. The Q must have a VERY INEFFICIENT supply chain on the fulfillment side that they can't get multiples of the same item in the same shipping container for lower cost than they charge to ship. One would think that a company whose fulfillment of orders relies on shipping to have the MOST EFFICIENT and COST EFFECTIVE measures at their disposal. If so, they clearly don't pass on savings to us, their customers, which is why I RARELY shop here anymore, although I did take advantage of FREE SHIPPING day.😈
