It's not worth the stress of not knowing. &amp;nbsp; And just because the people at the vet clinic enjoy this particular wreath doesn't mean they won't like something else just as much. &amp;nbsp;Or more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;eta: &amp;nbsp;I just saw that you ordered elsewhere. &amp;nbsp;Perfect solution! &amp;nbsp;I don't blame you for being annoyed with QVC, btw. &amp;nbsp;I don't think they're obligated to provide that wreath to you forever, but shame on them for the late notice. &amp;nbsp;Glad it worked out for you. &amp;nbsp;:-)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>QVC, You Continue To Disappoint</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, QVC, you continue to disappoint me.&amp;nbsp; I received an e-mail that the Valerie Balsam wreath, which I have had on auto-delivery since &lt;U&gt;2008&lt;/U&gt;, may not get shipped this year.&amp;nbsp; I give this wreath to the veterinary clinic who takes such good care of my dogs and cats year after year, and they tell me that they look foward to it each year.&amp;nbsp; Now, not only will I be disappointed, but these good people are going to be disappointed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't deliver an item, don't sell it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; You push these wreaths starting in July and then can't deliver.&amp;nbsp; Valerie, these are sold in your name, please take note.&amp;nbsp; If the family who makes the wreaths had an emergency or some other reason resulting in the inability to make the wreaths, I can accept that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, you may surprise me and actually end up being able to deliver the wreath, but how long will I have to wait to find out if it actually going to happen?&amp;nbsp; When it is too late to get it from someone else like LL Bean?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right now, I am seriously considering canceling the order and getting it elsewhere rather than take the chance of ending up with nothing for my vet clinic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If Q sent you that note, it may be best that you buy the wreath elsewhere before everything is sold out. Things go quickly after Thanksgiving Day. Sometimes vendors can no longer deliver at at 2008 prices. Q has only had auto deliveries limited to one or two years in recent years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I empathize with you as I am also disappointed. &amp;nbsp;I just looked at tracking of an order I placed and it was delivered to Candia, New Hampshire instead of Florida to me. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just tried to email Customer Service and they are not accepting emails at this time was the message I got. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There appear to be big problems going on at QVC as I have been seeing many similar complaints to yours and mine on this forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'm sorry this is happening. &amp;nbsp;It's such a nice thing you're doing for your vet. &amp;nbsp;I love my vet too.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Have you checked into buying it in your town? &amp;nbsp;It'd be particularly nice if it came from a local, small business, retailer.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Was the wreath in stock online? &amp;nbsp;If so, then Q has an obligation since you have it on auto pay. &amp;nbsp;If it's not in stock&amp;nbsp;and/or&amp;nbsp;if Q sent you an email about it, cancel your order and buy it locally. &amp;nbsp;I can't think of a reason that a retailer has to continue selling a product for 10 years, 20 years, or any length of time. &amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If the VPH jingle bell wreath is available why didn't they say in their email that they would substitute with that one and give purchaser a week or two before the ship date to accept or cancel the outstanding order. Just seems odd to me that purchaser would have to place an order for the jingle bell version. Add me to the list of not caring for this way of doing business. Q should have known long before now if the vendor could not fill the order for the auto delivery price. If it was me I would cancel and shop elsewhere.</description>
