I am fed up with the slow shipping. &amp;nbsp;I ordered an itme, and it has been stuck for 6 days in NJ.....no movement whatsoever. &amp;nbsp;I live in GA. &amp;nbsp;Another item I ordered was returned to the Q, because the USPS put a label over my address, and the post office couldn't see it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there anything we can do to make the items arrive more quickly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I try to keep my complaint posts to a minimum, but must agree that it seems like QVC shipping is taking longer and longer these days. &amp;nbsp;I'm actually starting to order more &amp;amp; more directly from the vendors, simply because their shipping (rates &amp;amp; timing both) far exceed QVC (PTR, IT, WEN). &amp;nbsp;The prices may be a little higher, but I'm willing to pay more to get my products quicker (within a few days) at much lower shipping, most often free. &amp;nbsp;I live in Hawaii so this is saying a lot. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes I think QVC forgets we are a part of good ole' USA; we are not a foreign country that should have &amp;nbsp;2-to-2 1/2 times higher shipping rates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As Forrest Gump once said, "that's all I got say bout that."&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not certain if changes in QVC shipping methods affect everyone or if the changes are based on the customer's region.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I live less than 3 miles from QVC's studios. Jewelry was typically shipped from that same location, via USPS. (The slowest shipping method with problems checking package tracking.) Clothing was shipped via UPS from QVC's warehouse in East Petersburg, PA, located about 50 miles away and I would usually receive it the next day. Most other merchandise was shipped from Rocky Mount, NC via UPS, which usually took an extra day, or sometimes 2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since sometime in early August, FedEx SmartPost has replaced almost all shipping methods, and has added at least 2 to 4 additional days to reach me, even though the items are shipped from the same locations. Horrible!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too am having problems with slow shipping. &amp;nbsp;I just called about an order that has no tracking information from one week ago. &amp;nbsp;I was told to call back on October 1. &amp;nbsp;I told the rep I will quit buying from QVC if the shipping speed does not get better. &amp;nbsp;They charge us the day it is shipped and have our money but we don't have the item. &amp;nbsp;I also read where they played off 147 employees. &amp;nbsp;Maybe they could put those employees in a shipping department to help speed up shipping speeds. &amp;nbsp;Until shipping is improved I will order from HSN, Amazon and Evine where Lisa Robertson now works. &amp;nbsp;And by the way, the rep hung up on me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Shipping is so slow that I normally check Amazon to see if they carry the same product (not clothes).&amp;nbsp; Never buy books from QVC always get them on Amazon.&amp;nbsp; I do belong to prime so I realized that I am paying for faster shipping, but I also have a Kindle and enjoy the benefits of fast shipping.&amp;nbsp; I live in the Midwest and know that when I order something it is going to take 2 to 3 weeks to get it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which makes me wonder why QVC has not com up with their own version of "prime".&amp;nbsp; Would you pay an annual fee to have free - 2 day shipping from QVC?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I contacted customer service twice about it. Out of frustration I cancelled that order and reordered it again. I thought it was a computer glitch or something. Well my reorder is in process again for its third day. Here we go again! &amp;nbsp;Really?! A clothing item placed on 9/24 shipped out on the 9/26 while the bracelet was still in process. They're hiring. Didn't say when it would be operational, but betting not long. In time for the holidays? Probably too optimistic on that one. Hopefully this will speed up West Coast deliveries. When I live in NYC, I'd get packages within days of order; now it's 10 days at a minimum.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
