    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Yes, video's start then go blank, no sound at all. I've deleted cookies, and re-started my computer and nothing helps. I don't understand why they can't find the problem. It started in the last 24 hours. Up until then all was normal. Tried everything and nothing works. HSN and Evine video's and web site's work fine. It's only QVC that is having issues which, on multiple posts, they keep saying it works on their "end". Well fine, if "they're" doing the shopping. But many of us are having issues and have tried all their suggested "fixes" and they don't help!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having serious QVC web site troubles. &amp;nbsp;Pages are not loading correctly. &amp;nbsp;Colors are not "clickable", the video option doesn't even show on the item page, when I click on a color and size and choose "add to cart" nothing happens. &amp;nbsp;I have tried two browsers on my computer. &amp;nbsp;Both are doing the same thing and I am using current browsers. &amp;nbsp;I have checked my settings and nothing is blocked. &amp;nbsp;Anyone else? &amp;nbsp;Any advice? &amp;nbsp;Is it a QVC problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It started yesterday, problems picking options and ordering no videos and cant read feedback. there are other posts about these problems today also. So you are not alone.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having an issue with QVC.com using&amp;nbsp;Google Chrome.&amp;nbsp; I can see evrything, pages load normally, but I am unable to log in.&amp;nbsp; The log-in page literally only displays the bar to insert my username but the bar for the password does not appear. Of course without that I cannot log in.&amp;nbsp; If I go to Internet Explorer everything works fine&amp;nbsp; I did send an email&amp;nbsp;directed to tech support to find out if it was something they know about, or an issue I need to rectify myself, but did not get a response as yet.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done a live chat twice in the last 2 days and called customer service with many of the problems you are having plus others that are mentioned on the boards. &amp;nbsp;I finally got someone to even admit that there were some other folks having issues that they have heard about today. &amp;nbsp;I was told that, when asked if I used apple products or windows, that they seem to be getting issues with apple and I should make sure that we had updated everyting. &amp;nbsp;Interstingly, we have all new updates on all our apple devices which had been performing just fine for at least a couple of weeks, and only went non-functional in the last two days with only QVC. &amp;nbsp;I have no issues with any other shopping channel. &amp;nbsp;Very frustrated and I would like to think that QVC cares enough about those of us who have been good customers for many years to check into the possibility that whatever they thought was needed to update their web site &amp;nbsp;or more stream lined might be causing issues for those of us who would like to purchase their products. &amp;nbsp;I might add that I have read the boards for years but have never posted until this total frustration.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;As I previously mentioned, I am having the same issues...NO APPLE product....HP computer and Google Chrome is what I have. I noticed they changed the format of their pages and that's when these issue's started, As I said, every OTHER site works fine.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There have been numerous computer website outages since yesterday. It has been on the news, saying it was affecting some major compainies. QVC had issues, on all levels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whether it was a mac/pc or tablet. I can't expain what happened in english, but believe me it was darn annoying !!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I noticed today that QVC has changed their web pages so that they are not using Adobe Flash Player to play their videos. That may account for page loading problems but I don't know. I have Adobe Flash Player disabled and the ActiveX Filtering tool toggled on and yet the videoclip that loads by default started playing without my permission. I checked my Internet Explorer settings and the Adobe Flash Player was disabled which leads me to believe that QVC is switching video formats.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC, I do not want to have videoclips load and play automatically, I want to see the photo of the item. Videoclips take time to load and use up data and it's up to me whether I want to watch a video or not, I don't want it automatically.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I just emailed them and said I didn't have any trouble the other day and yes my flash player and everything on my computer is all up to date and fine -What did you guys do? It's ok though I just won't be ordering it's their loss!! I noticed it when I wanted to play a video and it started and just stopped and this was on all of them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sooo, the other day, I started this thread. &amp;nbsp;Got some advice from a QVC Addicts member on FB to clear cookies. &amp;nbsp;Soooo, I cleared cookies on both of my computers and that solved my product viewing/ordering page problems ... for a couple of days!!! &amp;nbsp;This is crazy ... now, this morning, pages don't load correctly. &amp;nbsp;If you click on a color or size, the site does not register it and the photos of colors do not come up and you CAN'T VIEW OR ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE ... QVC you need to fix this ... you are potentially losing tons and tons of orders by ignoring this problem. &amp;nbsp;It's your site that needs to be fixed .. not our computers!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having the same problems as everyone else ... videos don't play for more than a few seconds, and I'm unable to select a size and color of any product ... it just keeps lit saying, "choose a color/size." &amp;nbsp;This is the third day of this. &amp;nbsp;I read a post yesterday, maybe it was in "among friends," I'm not sure, but the person said to check if there was a little i with a circle around it in your toolbar (right before you see "community.qvc.com..." that means your connection isn't secure. &amp;nbsp;Well, sure enough, I have that little i (instead of the lock, meaning it's a secured site.) &amp;nbsp;I have no idea how that happened or when it happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If someone gets an answer to the problem, would you please post?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
