Holy Humidifier, Batman!

This past week, I must be one lucky ducky! Every time I turn on the Q for background noise, there's a humidifier on! And there's the vendor with his red card: "Ladies, this is for you!"

Nothing says Christmas and holidays like humidifier season! I have to take care of my fine lines and wrinkles after all.

What do you think, ladies? Should I buy two to use as earrings? How about a door knocker? Maybe if I hang them from my shepherd's hooks along my walkway and throw on some tinsel I can properly ring in the holiday season? If I plug them all in, I can have a nice fog effect for Halloween (all while taking care of the potential fine lines of the trick-or-treaters)!

Seriously, though, there are so many humidifiers. These and so many other things... it' like deja vu all over again on the Q with this year's offerings looking like the stuff for the past two years. Is it Groundhog Day? Am I reliving the past few years? Are these the ghosts of Q products past?

Well never fear, before long every time you turn it on it will be that windshield cover cause it's almost that time again!

For me it's the dreaded OBI belt....tied around that humidifier, a Christmas Tree, the FlashPad game and so on and so on and so on!

I turned the Q on today and the Obi belt was on. >.<

LOL.... yes humidifiers.... almost got me last year! But decided to just drink more water....

OH... I find the vendor hilarious (I keep the sound off while I'm working) and all I see is him bent over with his face in the steam waving the steam into his nostrils.....

Can't seriously think of buying one with THAT going on.....

Years ago I bought a steam cleaner, one of those little cleaners that they said would clean the grout, clean all the crevices with no muss no fuss.... there was so much muss and fuss that I donated the thing. Horrible to use with steam dripping everywhere..... time and experience has made me far more cautious when buying anything like that,..
