I thought the sterling programming today might help make up for yesterday, but the pieces have been overwhelmingly boring... I'll still take it to the usual Sunday offerings, but gosh, it's just been hour after hour of uninspired jewelry and way too many fake diamonds. I'm thinking I'll be skipping their sterling designer days from now on.

I just dont understand the fake diamond thing either I think it cheapens the whole look......truly uninspiring.....

You should have peeked in at the Kittenbowl instead...it was hilarious and your little guy wouldve enjoyed it too....

I should have and wish I'd turned over. Don't know what my problem was yesterday. All weekend I just felt sort of tired and drawn, and sort of dazed... I also understand there was a Carrie Bradshaw marathon yesterday and yet I sat with that tedious silver jewelry on a good part of the day... and it was a really, really lame assortment and I am so sick of them having to include their house brand of fake diamonds in virtually every piece. I guess it costs them less to make and enhances the profit margin too, but like virtually everything else on QVC these days it's just overkill.

Jewelry all day yesterday(Sunday) and jewelry all day this Friday. Why? 24 hours of anything is overkill.

I think this is their way to address those of us who want to see more jewelry, to do it all at once and get it over with. Unfortunately, while yesterday was a weekend, more times than not the good jewelry shows (gemstone, Gold Rush, Vicenza) have been scheduled during the weekdays when working folk can't watch. Figures that the most boring of the lot was scheduled for a Sunday. I'll take it when I can get it, but would love to see them spread it out a bit in prime time and on weekends. The day long 'events', regardless of the product, are getting to be a bit overdone but I'm guessing logistically it's cheaper and easier for them to do it that way.
