Shipping costs

Hi, everyone. Can someone tell me when the shipping cost stopped when you bought multiplies items sent to the same address stopped?

This isn't right, paying double .

I believe that was stopped when they went to $3 shipping.

Really? To receive , but when you send it back it isn't 3.00.

I miss the shipping cut in half.

When they reduced the shipping charge to $3, they took away the half price shipping to same address - I assume this is your question-, and stopped refunding the original shipping charge.

@nannycakes, are you asking when the stopped charging half price shipping if you bought more than one of a item? They stopped doing that about a year and a half ago when they changed the shipping charges.

The new motto should be We Ship You Keep

Reducing the shipping and seeing what it costs you to return discourages returns and not to mention you don't get the original shipping back either..that's an OUCH.

@nannycakesWe don't have to like it, but it's not right or wrong. It just is.

They told us well over a year ago and explained and explained. People still think it's the same sometimes, but companies rarely work that way - never changing. And some people win with the new policy and some people lose. I'm happy, because I've won. You're not happy because you've lost (I assume)

As long as I know the policies and do my due diligence, I'm okay.

The $3.00 shipping cost didn't last long. Handbag the other day had $12.50 shipping. Back to old $5.50 for each item ordered today. $18.00 screwdriver has $5.50 s/h. If you want to order multiples for Xmas present stocking stuffers, you'll go broke paying $5.50 for each item. Back to the old QVC tricks!!!

The $3 shipping (which went into effect about 18 months ago and was increased by $0.50 a couple of months ago) only ever applied to certain items. I am pretty sure it never applied to purses, and it certainly never applied to screwdrivers.

While I can appreciate those who do not like the shipping costs here, it is completely and totally unfair to criticize QVC because you misunderstood their shipping policies (which are clearly available on their website).
