If you provide the device, browser, and operating system, the web team will have a better chance of figuring out what's going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008080"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Is anyone else having issues with seeing items recently on air? &amp;nbsp;It just shows Summer Skin Prep, Make up 101 &amp;amp; Whats Trending. &amp;nbsp;Even the program guide shows this when clicked on. &amp;nbsp;Even though SG is on now it doesn't show it on line.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm also having trouble seeing the pictures of items recently on air. &amp;nbsp;Also, if I go to the Top Finds all I get is an item # and price. &amp;nbsp;If I click on the item # then I get the picture. &amp;nbsp;I don't want to be spending my time clicking items numbers. &amp;nbsp;When I contacted customer service I received a rather flip answer telling me to contact my server. &amp;nbsp;But they said also said it was a pleasure serving me! &amp;nbsp;I hope this is taken care of soon. &amp;nbsp;My hubby hopes it isn't because then I won't be shopping anymore with QVC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
