Why send a $1,000+ bracelet in a plastic baggy & cardboard box?? I want a decent box.

I ordered an Eternagold bracelet at more than $1,000. It's absolutely gorgeous and a perfect fit since it's 7.5".

I'm upset that Q couldn't even send something this expensive in a quality jewelry box. It came inside a little plastic baggie inside a "green" cardboard box. At the every least, why didn't I receive an EG velvet pouch and box?

I think it's crazy that I haven't decided whether or not to keep it solely on how it was packaged. Yet, that's how I feel.

It also makes me question how Q takes care of products prior to sale.

I'm really disappointed in the packaging. For a $1,000+ bracelet, Q could afford to put it in a decent box.

I'd love to hear what Q has to say about this.
