    <description>&lt;P&gt;Really, could you please actually read my email question or problem and give me a direct answer? &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'm sure they are told to do it that way but, why?  It only makes the customer have to keep contacting customer service or just give up.       &lt;/P&gt;</description>
