I'm losing my mind with the app for iPhones. I thought my previous problems with the Android app were limited to Android, but boy, was I wrong. I now have an iPhone 6S and have downloaded the iPhone QVC app about a million times. Each time it works for less than a full day, then I have to delete it and download it again. Is anyone else having this problem? I emailed technical support at Q and the response I received didn't even address my question.

I use my iPad 99% of the time. I have occasionally used the app on my IPhone 6+ and haven't encountered any problems. Hmmmm . . .

When someone invents an app that doesn't drain my battery all the way down, I'll consider it. Until then, I have no problem using a computer for online sites. There is nothing that important except maybe the weather, which I am now looking for one that doesn't bug me constantly.

If you are still under warranty or have AppleCare, call them. Let them deal w/it.

Did you download the app from the App Store?

Don't know if you are draining your battery because the apps are continually running in the background or not, but all you have to do is go to your home app page, double click the button at the bottom and you'll see all the apps you've used stacked up to the side. You can slide them off the page one at a time and that will conserve your battery. Once you bring an app up to use, it will "stay around" already loaded for you to use again soon....but it uses the battery to do so, but if you won't be using it for a few hours, it saves the battery by closing them.

When my son told me about doing this, I was floored... if you already know about doing this.... great, hopefully it'll help someone else~!!
