Why Not Give Philsophy Items Free Shipping like Wen?

A couple weeks ago all Wen products were on easy pay and now today all Wen products have free shipping. Why not do the same for Philosophy and other beauty brands too?

Maybe because of the weight of the TSV? I think it weighs twice as much as the WEN TSV. It's over a gallon of product. I'm pretty shocked that they're still charging only $3 shipping for that.

I think free shipping is added to the purchase price. Nothing is free.

Wen probably due to the controversy recently is prob trying to reel people in.

I do think every TSV should be free ship. Even though nothing is free! They would just add it to the price.

It is a peeve of mine though when an easy pay is 29.99 but then you add tax and shipping and its 34.50. Shipping should be built in to the advertised easy pay. Tax varies by state so I guess there's no choice.

You DO realize the "free" shipping is part of the sales gimmick, don't you? If you want a REAL deal, go to the vendor sites and order.
