What makes it interesting? Generally it's understandable. You pretty much can see it coming when standards are now followed.

Well -the thread that interested me was the one about the Tracfone TSV ( simmilar to the one on the TSV Forum) where customer care contradicted itself- oh well - if QVC doesn't want my money I guess I will take my my money to the "Southern Channel". There were also a couple other topics but I forget which - customer care in this case is an oxymoron. Oh well - live and learn.

On the new boards if a thread

gets poofed it still is here with

the Topic line and the Mod's

comment and I don't see any

of those here in Customer Care.

was in the wrong forum.

imho if they didn't care......or if it violates

standards ........they would've poofed the thread.

And if they do we'll still see the Topic line

and the reason for the poof.
