What's going on QVC??

For the second time in a few weeks, I've received someone else's order. I opened my package today, beliving it was the shoes I had ordered, and intending to wear them right away, only to discover I had received someone else's shoes.

The first time this happened a few weeks ago, I laughed about it. This time, not so much.

Wow not funny. Sounds like someone at QVC is not paying attention where to ship the orders. Hope you get your shoes.

Same thing happened to me a few weeks back. I ordered a pair of Logo shoes and received someone's IM shoes with their packing slip. I called CS and they shipped a new pair of shoes to me. I sent the other shoes back that I didn't order.

Just checked my order to make sure my Alegria TSV was inside and I, too, received someone else's order. Darn it! Now I am off to return it....so frustrating.

Now I just received an email telling me my return is on it's way to QVC and I haven't returned anything yet. So confusing.

Between the site problems and now this?

How disappointing to wait for a wanted item, only to receive someone else's order!

Thats aweful.

No idea what they are doing there !

The money I spend is unbelievable. But rethinking each purchase now.

3 weeks to credit a return. Just ridiculous in my opinion.

I wonder if someone got my Algenist primer. It was shipped out on Feb3rd and still nothing. I did contact CS and they are going to credit me for it. I have the Tarte concealer out in limbo now. What is going on??

Unfortunately the Alegria sandals I ordered are now sold out so I have to take a refund. This is very disappointing.

I got a bill for something I did not order. It was recorded as delivered. In any case the great customer service refunded the amount.

Wow, all this is actually sort of disconcerting. I haven't ordered much in recent months, but have ordered a few things in the last few weeks. Now I have to hope my items will actually arrive and that they won't be merchandise ordered by someone else. This seems to be a bit more than an occasional error. It seems more like a significant glitch involving ordering and shipping.

True @Pearlee and I've been doing a lot less ordering here and a lot more with local merchants over the past year, for a variety of reasons, including better variety and less costly shipping.

I forgot what it was I ordered, but it was not cosmetics, yet got the right item, but a Dr. Perricone No color lip gloss in the box with my order. Yep, they are SC###ing up at the Q.
