    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why does QVC ship items via UPS directly to the local post office and then have the post office deliver the packages to me? Seems to me it would be just as easy for UPS to bring the items to my house like they used to do. That delays the delivery by a couple of days at best. This makes no sense to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
