No sound on the online Q videos

Came home to check out what was on Valerie's show and no sound on the videos. Checked out several other items and the same thing.

I am getting sound on other sites, so anyone else having this problem with the audio on Q videos?

Hi @Mominohio, I checked those videos and we are not getting sound either on some of them. I have sent a request to our IT Department for them to take a look. Thank you for bringing this to our attention

There's many of them that don't play sound.
