    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's also happening to jewelry, I ordered a diamonique bracelet that was the wrong size and no sizes were available to reorder it. Then I decided to try another, it was sent to me with the clasp done as you'd wear it closed yet snapped in half! I wonder if it was a return that they stuck back in their inventory. They might put it back out for the next person if I got it this way. My first bracelet didn't come latched.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I got a used Mally eyeshadow stick that someone returned rolled up because it was half gone when I twisted the tube because I could see it had been used, but a prior customer put it in the new box and sent it back used many months by the looks of it. QVC should never put returned cosmetics back out for sale.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here we go again! &amp;nbsp;Two days in a row now I have been sent clothing items in the wrong size! &amp;nbsp;I ordered two as is Susan Graver jeggings. The only part of my order that was correct were the color of the items. Since when is an "as is" item supposed to be a let me close my eyes and grab something off the shelf and send it out situation?!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is happening more and more. As is items are becoming grab bags and enough is enough. I called customer service a few minutes ago and I asked for a supervisor because I feel bad getting into in with the customer service representatives. I ended up explaining to her what had happened anyway. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She then transferred me and I was holding for a supervisor when the Q hung up on me!!!!! &amp;nbsp;Oh now that is truly unacceptable and even more frustrating!! I think it may be time to take my business somewhere else!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last time I returned an as is item that came in the wrong size they initially charged me $9.95 to return it. That better not happen again either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where is quality control? Who do they have working in their warehouses?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can they read?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Well, that is too bad, especially if you were hoping to wear the jeggings for an upcoming holiday thing.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have been lucky recently. &amp;nbsp;I have just received an as is SG blazer and faux leather jacket (great price!), exactly as ordered.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Poor customer service is infuriating, but I would have to agree with others that it may be due to the Christmas rush. &amp;nbsp;I like this time of year, but honestly, hope you don't have a plumbing failure during the next two weeks. &amp;nbsp;Might be hard to find someone to fix it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't blame QA. They cannot look at every each that comes in. I woked QA for a number of years and that is not the way it works. You should certainly contact CS and tell them your complaint. This is a busy time of year so it may take a while to get any satisfaction.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do think it has to do with x-mas help and being overwhelmingly busy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered something from another store on November 30.&amp;nbsp; I just rec'd it yesterday and it's the wrong item.&amp;nbsp; I called CS and was told to send back the wrong item and re-order what I had initially ordered.&amp;nbsp; No sorry, no nothing from the rep.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, because I ordered on Cyber Monday,&amp;nbsp;I&amp;nbsp;rec'd 50% off, another 10% off and free&amp;nbsp;s/h.&amp;nbsp; That same deal is no longer applicable.&amp;nbsp; On top of that, I'd never get the item in time for x-mas and this was a gift and even if all other things fell into place, the item I originally ordered is now out of stock.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I know very well they had no part in what was sent to me. When I got disconnected while being on hold for a long time for the 2nd time, that's when I lost it. But I vented through written words here in this forum. &amp;nbsp;I guess it's because my last 8 returns have been due to either defective jewelry or incorrect items or sizes being sent to me. &amp;nbsp;And errors with as is items top the return list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyways, I finally spoke with a supervisor who treated me with compassion and respect and I believe we resolved things. I'm sorry guys if I came across brash.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
