On Monday 11/23/15 I believe I saw you showing a pair of womens winter boots in black, brown and grey. They had a zipper with gusset. You put the grey on. I have been unable to locate them and customer service was unable to help me. If you can tell me the item or anything to help me, I would be extremely grateful. Thanks!
