I waited 4-5 days &amp;amp; they still showed they did not have it. I called &amp;amp; talked to a supervisor that took my tracking info. &amp;amp; a credit was issued about another 3 business days later. You should call C.S. &amp;amp; give them your tacking info that shows they received it. CS did not help me at first I had to talk to a supervisor to get it taken care of.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having a problem with tracking numbers. An item I ordered has a UPS number and a USPS number. &amp;nbsp;The UPS number states that the item will be delivered by USPS. I keyed in the USPS tracking number, and received a red error message- that the number was not valid. &amp;nbsp;How can we track our items if the numbers aren't correct?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know how there are 2 different tracking numbers. Some items gets shipped UPS &amp;amp; they transfer it to the Post Office to deliver. Did you try both tracking numbers? Did you receive a shipping confirmation email that lists 1 tracking #? I assume you are talking about a package shipped to you from QVC? If that's the case go to your account online&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; see what it shows. I have tracked packages with a USPS tracking number that cannot find the number because sometimes their tracking is not updated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have a package that was shipped from some place else by USPS &amp;amp; the tracking # is not found yet. Either because the package actually has not been picked up yet but a tracking# was&amp;nbsp;assigned or USPS just does not have&amp;nbsp;their system updated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;UPS has a service called UPS surepost. It travels thru the UPS system (in my case til it hits my town) then it is turned over to the post office to deliver. One way to tell, is if you track the UPS tracking number, when it brings up the item, look to the right side of the page. It says shipped by, if it says UPS ground, then UPS delivers to address, if it says UPS surepost, then they will deliver it to the local post office to finish delivery. FedEx also has this service, it is called smartpost. Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went to the Order Status page, and found the UPS tracking number. &amp;nbsp;I keyed that number in on the UPS site. &amp;nbsp;I received a message that the item was transferred to USPS for delivery, and received a different tracking number for USPS. &amp;nbsp;When I keyed in that USPS tracking number, I received an error message that there is no record for that USPS number, and that it is not a valid number. &amp;nbsp;That is where I am now. &amp;nbsp;I have no idea when or if the item will be delivered by USPS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The last time this happened, &amp;nbsp;a few weeks ago, my item was broken into little pieces. &amp;nbsp;UPS gave it to USPS, and it arrived broken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The last 2 orders I received were clothing items. &amp;nbsp;They were sent by USPS. &amp;nbsp;The tracking number was missing the first 2 numbers, and I received an invalid tracking number message. &amp;nbsp;I sent an email to the QVC Social Team, and they provided me with the missing 2 numbers. &amp;nbsp;That worked correctly, and I want to thank the Social Team for giving me the correct information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whether QVC or another company, a lot of them are drop shipping which means the item is shipped by the vendor and that means more red tape. And shipping is part of the supply chain so it's only as good as its weakest link. A lot of shippers like QVC use what's called last mile shippers, thus the parcel may go from a private shipping company to be eventually delivered by the post office. A glitch along the way like missing tracking numbers or incomplete or inaccurate information puts the customer at a disadvantage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer is the consumer, if you are paying for a parcel with tracking, it should be accurate and easy to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have found that same problem in the past and then discovered that they aren't giving you the entire number for tracking. I add "92" to the begining of the tracking number they supply. I copy/ paste that number into the tracking site at the USPS site and add "92" to the beginning of that and I get my tracking information.... I don't know why they can't supply the whole number. Very annoying. This works for me in my area; see if it works for you. .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
