    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a QVC shopper for years...never thought I would say how horrible the customer service has become. Ordered a TV, the one I received wasn't the one I ordered...of course the rep I spoke to was clueless telling me she didn't know why I got the one I did as mine is still in shipping process. Spoke to her supervisor...get told it was the vendor error and I have to have this one picked up and re order the tv...another LONG wait...tell her I am not pleased and would like to talk to customer service mgr...get told he is at lunch and she takes my number and says he will call me...of course no call for Leonard the mgr of customer service...well QVC when did you stoop so low as to not even hear the frustration of your loyal customers?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up to get reminders for the show I wanted to watch, and the request never went through. &amp;nbsp;I was informed that I had to contact Customer Service. &amp;nbsp;Huh????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
