Shame On You QVC & David: You Are Breeding Hateful Environment!

As I come to close my QVC account, I sure hope that someone at QVC has the intelligence to understand that bringing this kind of sensitive topics has no place on a hosts Facebook page or on one of their forums. It sickens me that David and QVC can sit back and watch their customers fight over what view they stand by. Watching David and QVC still post as business is normal while sitting back and watching their viewers judge each other’s belief’s, morals, and values is a unforgiveable on many levels. In addition, this is creating a hostile environment in which affects their current and new customer’s experience. Where is the CEO who made this poor decision to involve their customers? He created this mess and now he needs to put a stop to it before someone decides to take action against QVC for breeding a hostile environment in which they created for their customer base. Enough is Enough and this needs to STOP.

As my close to my friendship with David & QVC:

Sorry David, I thought that I would be able to stay friends on Facebook. Part of me wanted to think that you had no part in QVC’s decision to “Pause” its relationship with Paula on YOUR page that contains the very customers who at one time loved what QVC stood for as a corporation. However, making the decision to involve all of your friends on Facebook and on the QVC website has proven to me that you would rather watch your friends and customer divide then taking your own “Pause” in the situation. Therefore, I feel that I must part our friendship on Facebook as well as the QVC website. I hope the motive behind the decision to use your Facebook page as the means to get Mike George’s letter out there was worth losing friends/customers who once adored you and made you the success you are today.

Additionally, I do not understand how you and QVC would stand by and watch the very customers that built your page and QVC into the corporation that are today, while watching those very customers divide in opinions as to your decision to find Paula guilty before hearing all of the facts. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Playing your friends against each shows just what you and QVC think of your friends and customers.

However, did you or QVC take into consideration how this would turn your QVC friends against one another? At any rate, I hope that you enjoy your vacation, as you continue to sit by and watch your 234,553 friends/customers debate your poor decision to bring this very sensitive subject to Facebook.

Moreover, I can no longer stand by and watch people divide while you and QVC sit by and run business as normal while hiding behind your own skeletons and poor choices in life. I really do not know what is worse, QVC forcing you into using your Facebook page or you closing your eyes and hoping the situation will go away. Therefore, I say shame on you, for not sticking up for your own personal values, morals, and for sitting by watching this circus continue. David you know the difference between what is right and wrong and involving your friends in this situation before knowing all of the facts is wrong. This sensitive situation should have never reached your Facebook page or the QVC forum. These poor decisions making skills reflects QVC’s inability to make sound business evaluations as to actions and reactions of their customer base with a loss of ability in handling sensitive public issues.

In the end, my relationship with you and 20 + years of shopping and dedication to QVC is now over as I refuse to partake in such a deliberate action to divide the very people who made you both who you are today!
